Alexandra Miele is a Managing Director and Partner with The Andriole Group and serves as the Chief Business Development Officer for the team. Within the practice, Alexandra specializes in working with high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families, coordinating closely with their team of legal and tax professionals to help ensure that each client’s unique needs are handled with every detail in mind. Alexandra has also developed a particular affinity for working with women who find themselves in charge of their financial lives for the first time – often after divorce or loss of a partner. It is Alexandra’s personal goal to bring down the barriers that prevent women from fully participating in financial conversations through education and financial empowerment.
Previously, Alexandra spent five years as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, where she focused on the development of investment and retirement plans for high-net-worth individuals and their families.
Alexandra has been highlighted by Forbes on their 2023 list of “Top Women Wealth Advisors – Best in State.” Alexandra has also been recognized by Forbes on their 2017 and 2018 lists of "America's Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors” and on their 2019 and 2022 lists of "Best-In-State Next-Gen Advisors." Alexandra was a finalist for RIA Intel’s 2022 “Advisor of the Year” award and was listed as one of Connecticut Magazine’s “40 Under 40 – The Best and Brightest of Generation Next” in 2013.
Alexandra graduated magna cum laude from Connecticut College with a double major in Economics and Government. She also holds her Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation and her Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance licenses
In addition to her commitment to her clients and her practice, Alexandra is dedicated to serving her community through financial education. Alexandra has been a featured speaker at Gilead Sciences, Tunxis Community College and Three Rivers Community College. Alexandra has also served on the boards of the Women and Family Life Center in Guilford, the Madison Rotary Club, and the Connecticut Hockey Foundation.
