Charles Andriole, CPM®, CIMA®
Managing Director, Partner
Founder, Executive Chairman, Chief Investment Officer
In 1982, Charlie founded The Andriole Group with four core values in mind: integrity, respect, excellence, and client focus. Charlie envisioned a practice where individuals, families and their businesses could trust that their advisors not only had the resources and experience to help them achieve their financial objectives, but also the unbridled willingness to put their clients’ interests before their own. Now a team of twelve, Charlie has led The Andriole Group for over forty years with one resounding voice: when we put our clients’ best interests first, their success, as well as ours, will follow.
From the beginning of his career, Charlie has been committed to mentoring and enabling next generation leaders, which continues to be a passion as he shapes the ever-evolving future of The Andriole Group with his executive leadership team. Charlie also serves as the Senior Portfolio Manager of the firm, bringing his four decades of experience in discretionary investment management to The Andriole Group’s clients. Charlie focuses primarily on macroeconomic research and individual equity portfolios.
Charlie is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers. He is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, the New York Society of Security Analysts, and the Investments & Wealth Institute. In 2008, Charlie was honored by Connecticut Magazine as one of the Top Financial Advisors in Connecticut. Charlie has also been frequently recognized on Barron’s “Top 1,000 Advisors by-State” list and by the Financial Times on their list of Top Retirement Plan Advisors.
