Eric is a Retirement Plan Advisor with The Andriole Group, bringing over a decade of experience in ERISA plan consulting to our clients. Eric’s proactive approach to helping clients and businesses face their financial challenges focuses on developing client-centric investment, income management, and retirement plan strategies. Eric has developed a particular specialty in the small to mid-market company retirement plan space, where he helps employers navigate the complex, ever-changing compliance landscape with providing a true benefit to their employees – focused on education and rigorous proactive follow up.

Prior to the Andriole Group, Eric was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch for five years. Eric brings a diverse financial background to the team with over two decades of experience in the wealth management, corporate banking and leveraged acquisition finance sectors. Eric also served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army with the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, HI.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®) as well as a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® (CRPS®) designations. In addition, Eric holds his Series 7, Series 66, and his life and health insurance licenses.

He currently serves on several non-profit foundation boards and enjoys giving back to the veteran and military community.

Eric is the No. 1 fan of all his children. He lives in Branford, CT with his wife, Tracy, and their four children and multiple rescued pets.
